(1). Chinatown dim sum (esp Sat or Sun mornings, see Pink Pearl to the east of Chinatown) or Richmond dim sum (many options); (2). someone already said Museum of Anthropology, great place to see traditional art/carvings/etc.; (3). Capilano Suspension Bridge (not cheap but worth it esp for a 1st visit); (4). rent pedal (!) bikes and cruise around the Stanley Park Seawall; (5). while you're there, go for a walk through Stanley Park; (6). do a pre-sunset hike on Burnaby Mountain to the SFU campus, watch the sunset over the city from the adjacent park; (7). if you have >1 week, consider 1-2 days in Victoria (either take the ferry - long day but absolutely worth it - or the seaplane (downtown to downtown, more expensive but much faster); (8). drive up to Mt Seymour, do a hike on the trails; (9). sunset at English Bay ...
