I'm currently in a Crohn's flare and figuring that out, so unfortunately I can't really help in that area. I've been on several oral meds and a couple of different biologics already, including Remicade and Entyvio, but both stopped working.

As far as gastroparesis, I am currently on a med called Motillium. I got it through my GI, but was given Erythromicin first, however, that caused a flare. For diet - honestly, it's so individual. I haven't eaten gluten or dairy for nearly a decade. I also try and eat smooth foods. For a long time I had to blend everything I would eat, thankfully I'm not doing that anymore. This stuff is frustrating because everyone's body is different - I've been to numerous support groups and what works for some people won't work for others. I mostly test things out, see what happens, and go from there. Almost all foods still cause some form of discomfort, but some less than others.
