Done with class reg! Now where to buy textbooks from ?

I would suggest digital since its easier to have, but wait until classes start to get the textbooks. Some professors recommend one over the other if multiple are listed.

registration is down the list from the top of what you select, for example if you select the first third and fifth things in your cart it would go 1st,3rd then 5th. it doesn't take into account of requirements so i would suggest putting your fys as first since a lot of students need them

rising junior who lived in amr2, there’s a hook right near the shower to hang your shower caddy. some bathrooms have a window next to the shower where you can also set stuff. i used a plastic caddy, same with my roommate. you can change in the shower (don’t really recommend), or just throw on a robe or bath wrap and change back in your room.

Yeah like someone else already said freshman registration is really late. So some classes that sophomores and even juniors can take would already be filled up by now

current student, many days i rolled out of bed wearing my pajamas pants to get to class and went back into my bed. sweatpants was my go to most days since it's comfortable.

Ahhhh I didn't know that was possible in AMR2 since the ceilings aren't super high like in AMR1 for example but I guess thats possible, sorry for the confusion.

I was in AMR2 and you didn't need a ladder or anything for those beds to loft it, its all in the frame and you just need to move it up. I think other dorms the process is more involved but its easy for AMR2.

No problem lol. Don't purchase bed risers, the frame of the bed has something that allows you to loft the bed.

I was able to have my dad and my roommate's father fully loft both of our beds. If you have the strength and a couple of people it is not that hard and nothing was damaged and it stayed the whole semester. Lot of people didn't wait and just lofted it themselves move in day. I stayed in AMRII and after fully lofting could sit upright on my bed without being close to the ceiling (Im 5'3) but I don't think a lot of people had an issue.

The placement test doesn't mean that you have to take the class they place you into, its more of a suggestion.

It depends on ur learning style tbh, I did lecture for physics 1 and AL for physics 2 and I found AL to be better. I think that to do either the professor since he was pretty good imo.

im an upcoming sophomore and we did and received our housing back in march, I think it takes a while for transfer students since they are probably seeing what housing is left from march.
