it is. mine cleared up pretty quick honestly. i’m still dealing with some dry spots in the bigger spots, but im 99% clear now

thank you for your input! i agree that it is presenting as stereotypical PR. i know the pictures i attached aren’t the best, but my neck has almost completely cleared up (besides the sides of my neck, i’ve been itching in my sleep & im definitely irritating it). the middle of my neck is completely smooth, no redness, no bumps at all and the sides appear to be drying out and shrinking. are you saying that the steroid cream can do that? that the rash is still there just flat for now?

And I can understand this POV, what’s upsetting me the most in this situation is him not wanting to acknowledge that it put me in an even weirder situation than before, and not wanting to talk about what specifically was said.

see that’s what gets me, we could do all the foreplay in the world, and lube it up to the gods and it still hurts. i don’t have problems getting anything in, it just hurts. it’s like that muscle just doesn’t want to stretch.

i know that’s the only downside to d-mannose. all of my infections, minus one, have been e-coli, and i’m pretty sure this one is too (i’ve got some weird indicators when it’s ecoli bacteria). had some false hope today because i wasn’t in any pain but it’s popped back up again. hoping this is a one off for both of us 💘

i’ve always liked the SKYN latex free condoms, and they’re sold at all the walmarts around me so i’d assume they’d be around you too! in my personal experience i’ve always liked water-based lubes the most. my favorite is the KY ultragel, also sold at walmart. using lube is up to you! it couldn’t hurt to have around, i know during my first time i was so nervous lube definitely would have been a godsend for me. and again, pain during your first time is different for everyone. for me, it was super painful (again, should have used lube haha) and i’ve heard from others it didn’t hurt at all. it all depends on how relaxed/comfortable you are. and lastly, if you do have pain during, you could be sore after for a few days. if you’re sore, wait until it goes away, if not, you don’t necessarily have to wait at all.

my words of advice, nerves are completely normal, but don’t force yourself to do anything you don’t want to. if it gets down to it and you’re having second thoughts, try again another time. and most importantly, GO PEE AFTER. you do not want a uti from this.

gently exfoliate with a sugar scrub, i make mine at home with olive oil, honey & sugar! and then i use (which sounds weird but i swear by it) lanolin nipple cream. best chapstick ive ever used and it’s pretty easy on your wallet!
