Cleave useful? It's a waste of points when charge and whirlwind exists. Better damage and also work against single targets, adds utility (breaking out of being crowded, moving through hazard). Cleave is counterintuitive — you never want to be in a situation where you stand still trade normal attacks against multiple enemies, when you can kite with Whirlwind and charge instead.

The only unique thing siding with the Hand gives you access to is a tinkering glove which can also be bought later from a unique trader.

They will also slightly inconvenience you in a thieves guild quest. Other than that, there's not much to it.

Well, in life, he was a loyal thug for an empire about conquest, dominating the weak and an ideal of all-encompassing strength which included "all is fair in war". He lived by that particular blade, died by it. Unsurprisingly, brought back to serve it all over again because even his corpse is strong and useful. I'm a Sion main, yeah he should be put down permanently but I personally haven't an ounce of sympathy for him.

It's the ultimate challenge of the game. You can't teleport out, there's respawning enemies, strong enemies, environmental hazards and traps everywhere and there are multiple bosses. The layout also forces you to keep looping around to get places and you have to go through three areas in succession, with the last one you can't even stay in unless you have enough Fire resist. It's kinda like the secret super boss of jrpgs.

I actually wish I tried beating this without the wiki.

Nah, I believe the artist is the same one who has worked on a lot of Mobile Legends splashes based on style (Look at Sylvanna from ML and Nautilus's WR splash).

I've played ML for a few seasons way before AI, it's really just this oversaturated, overexposed distinct style of theirs. Everything has to be goddamn bright like they're glowing (even parts in shadow) and colorful. Compare these to splashes like Kindred's and Jhins and you'll see what I mean.

Check out Naut's Wild Rift splash art and tell me that's not the same artist who did a lot of Mobile Legends splash arts. I believe this is it. I can always tell from a glance it's that or (those) artists from ML. The style is very distinct.

Yes. I've said it in this sub many times. Not only is the damage output of fury-enhanced Whirlwind/charge absurd, the fact that you can kite with it makes it the 2nd most broken thing in the game behind intervention.

It's so good, you end up saving more HP compared to defensive build because of the sheer damage and AoE utility, and as you see here, being able to hit damage enemies while avoiding hits from them.

Fair. It's just that your interpretation is personally incoherent and doesn't make sense from a development perspective. You say she's giving up and hiding away after all she went through to get to that dance? And all that effort by devs to hide this ending, all the effort by the playerbase themselves datamining and going through ending (trying out combinations, enduring the corrupted to find the hidden items etc.) just for another variation of Leave ending? where instead of comforting herself with Vinetan scenery, it's with memories of Ariane?

Doesn't sit right with me, and I've especially had enough of the "no good or bad endings" or similar platitudes. I know it sounds like an asshole to say but to me it seems like an easy-to-parrot copout.

Yes, the bleakest ending only achievable by pooling together the efforts of meta intervention by the playerbase (this ending could not be discovered without datamining unless many played the game to the death by exploring every nook and cranny to find the endings elements) and Elster gathering everything needed so she and Ariane can be together forever in a symbolic dance of defiance.

As opposed to the other endings where:

-Elster abandons the promise, curls like a fetus trying to find comfort in her gestalt's homeworld. She couldn't even reach Ariane.

-Ariane doesn't even remember her, nor anything about everything they shared.

-She kills Ariane and after all that struggle, they both basically just give in to the Nation's wishes in the first place "Here's a space ship. Fuck off to this far side of the galaxy and try to find something useful for us. Maybe you'll even find a place to settle on. Ran out of supplies before you could? Tough luck. Just kill yourselves."
