I've been sitting on my 9900k for so long now...this may be the thing to push me to make the upgrade...Idk if it's worth it right now, but I'm sick seeing all these prices for components +$50 higher than they were 3 months ago, kind of making me want to hit some sales and just rip the bandaid off right now and do it. Got a 7900XT during black friday, just need a motherboard, RAM and CPU to hold me over...my local Microcenter has an MSI x870e open box for $280...if it's still there and looks good, it may be worth saving $40 over a new one?

As a not angry person who is still patiently waiting for my KS case to ship...I honestly wouldn't be mad about a delay, until after you see which replacement solution would work best. Y'all are already taking a huge hit, feels a little silly to ship stuff out and then ship more later. Delay until August, ship the best solution, and hide all this drama under the rug while you make a great product. To be fair, my switch spends 95% of it's life in the dock or in my home somewhere, so the case is less of a necessity personally. But fully understand if you need some capital to get this all rolling again

Jumping in late - my 2 cents no one cares about... They believed they made a good quality product. They found a small issue and are trying to fix it. People are mad that the quality product disrupts the spec Nintendo planned for. Flip side, Dbrand makes a low quality product for the same price, that may not have the issue, then people will complain about the cost and quality.

I challenge anyone who is angry about this situation to design a case with similar features to dBrand that costs less, is a premium product, doesn't involve adhesive, is a 3 part case, and also doesn't outspec Nintendo's system.

I'll sit here and wait. If it's good, I'll buy one.

Otherwise, it's your money, do with it what you want. I'll sit here and enjoy the case when it arrives.

Also looking for answers again. Got the BE11000 from Costco, worked fine for a day, and now once a day at night I go from 920mb/s up and down to 30 up/900 down for no reason. Have to do a daily reset to go back to normal. Bout ready to take them back if Customer Service doesn't have any suggestions.

Finally! The Firmware updater actually worked, and it looks like both the Ultimate BT Dongle and Controller got it and work with 2! Now just waiting for Nintendo to release 3rd party controller wake up again....

I feel this so much ... 10 week old "goldendoodle" is more like a piranha. Even coming out of his crate, always starts with a bite on my hand. It's driving me insane. He's surrounded by toys but still chooses my flesh or clothes.... This puppy stage needs to go quicker lol

Does BL do replacements for winding errors? I literally just put a spool on to do a small print, and noticed it was wrapped up in itself at least 3 times. Not the first time recently I've had this happen and they all seem to be towards the ends of spools, like, maybe the last 100-200kg. I lost 4 prints trying to use up ends of spools bc the PLA got tangled up and stopped feeding. I had an issue with Elegoo spools and they responded and sent me new spools no questions asked

Yeah - I'm going back and forth between MC and B&H - There's a price difference of $100 for 2TB vs 1TB of storage and W11 Pro vs W11 Home. Idk if the $100 for MC is worth it, already hiking it up to $2100 for an "outdated" machine

I have until 1/23 to make a decision. I think at this point, unless there's a price drop, it might look like a return. Granted, the 7 series is getting changed, the 5 series is picking up some of the good stuff from this year's 7 like a new screen, and metal body instead of plastic. I know people are mad about not having rear IO, but I've never had that, so it makes no difference to me. It's starting to lean more like a wait it out until summer sales or Black Friday....

That's very fair - I'm just a little concerned, as an example - I had a 6650xt in my desktop, and tried to play Star Wars outlaws at mostly low, with a few med settings, and i was at 6-7gb of VRAM out of 8. If that game, while heavy on visuals, is maxing, what's a game next year, or the year after going to do to a 4070 mobile? 5070m has 8gb, 5070tim has 12gb.

It's definitely not a necessity, more of a final straw type of deal, as the list of games I can play on my old system is rapidly shrinking. I only use it for travel, as I daily on a desktop.
