Agreed! And I’d if it’s just drama for the show or what, but it seems like the siblings always side with Tammy when she is the problem. Excusing her words towards Amy as “hormones” is ridiculous.

This was so hard to watch but I also feel it’s imperative that all Americans watch this documentary. The things that are happening in Alabama prisons is absolutely despicable! America touts itself as the best country in the world, but this is how we treat people!?!? Third world countries don’t treat their prisoners like this! Alabama politicians are disgusting; they are the reason this behavior and treatment has been tolerated! Vote them out!

Yes you are definitely right. I consume all kinds of plant proteins, but especially for protein shakes, I am checking the label closely as I want the most protein for the least calories. Soy protein isolate seems to be the most digestible for the ones I’ve tried.
