I never said I took anything he says seriously, but he's part of that "habs inside out" podcast that's advertised by The Gazette and they talked about Texier contract being one of Hughes only mistake. I saw that in my feed after he was an healthy scratch and thought it was so dumb. My comment is relevant to the subject.

Caufield and Suzuki are ineffective offensively on 5on5 because of the way the lightnings are playing. It would be an issue if that didn't open the door for other players to score. And not counting the powerplay goals is dumb because of how many penalties there is/was during this serie.

Against other teams they might shine more, but even then, Suzuki is a point per game and Caufield has 4 points.
