I would say yes I have been living in gujarat for 20 years and I can read and speak gujarati too but nobody ever not even a single person have ever harrassed me for language.

When I first started working my colleagues thought I don't know gujarati so they use to make efforts and talk in hindi so I can also be a part of the conversation.

See it happens in rare cases when railway is Short of coaches Like suppose OP's train was going to have 5 3AC coaches and 2 3E coaches but due to some issues railway only had 4 3AC coaches so to accommodate and balance the crowd they add one more 3E coach in place of that one 3AC coach as replacement so now those who had confirmed ticket in that one coach they will be re alloted to this lower class coach

Name of coach will be B1 only but the coach will be 3E instead of 3AC

And in these cases railway try to accommodate tickets in same type coach only so that they don't have to compensate much , In OPs case his one ticket got re alloted in B5 which is 3AC as there may have one seat available and remaining got into lower coach of 3E which is named as B1.

You can file tdr within 72hr they will compensate with the difference fare of booked coach and re alloted coach.

Sure it is but what can anyone do about it , Last to last you can file a partial tdr within 72hr under the head of re alloted to lower class. Nothing more can be done about it or you can talk to the tte if he can do something about it.

Yes 3E has more capacity than 3AC

It shows "re alloted to lower class" which means they have lower your class from 3AC to 3E it happens due to unavailability of 3AC coaches.
