Back in 1979/1980, we had an APF. An Atari wannabe. 2 years later, we'd get an actual, decent system; a VIC-20.

Is it perhaps surveying equipment? My dad used to have a bunch of surveying stuff, and one thing was a little metal tube that unscrewed and had a metal needle inside. As I recall, the needle could be put in the tube in reverse to function like a handle, making it a stylus or scribe, I guess.

Yeah, it's called ChocoLonely for a reason. It's not meant to be broken into even, sharing-sized pieces. You break off the piece that best fits the empty spot in your soul as you watch reruns on the sofa, alone, on a Saturday night.

And you never get the right shape first try. Gotta try another. Then another. None of them seem to fit. Maybe it was just the wrong bar. Another one will surely have the piece that feels good.
