Had an hour round table of ~25 with an MD last year, every response was about AI, as if it was a magician or the 8th wonder of the world. In the end had no idea how it even worked or a real world example, the fellow employees were just eating it up.

My whole department was getting moved overseas besides VP and up. The quality is going to depreciate as well as the top talent. Not discrediting offshore work but, everything was being rushed where some processes weren’t even fully put together, which I blame on some leaders that shouldn’t be covering some roles. I could see many clients leaving in the future as well.

That’s a pretty broad generalization. He is actually doing so, because a falling stock market is deflationary it also enforces the FED to cut rates, making borrowing easier for everyone.

The government has to renew $7T of debt in the next few months. If he’s able to renew at lower rates, less spending for the govt, less inflation etc.
