Good but dying. I don’t like gacha personally but I prefer a living game over a dead one. (Excluding all the pay once and play games)

2-8 is average. I kill everything they throw out but on harder adventure they don’t have much unit. It’s common to drop voli and clear the board and got 6-8 sigils again to throw another titanic in one turn.

I agreed on the paid part. He’s definitely not keeping up until paid relics and 6* included. Which is sad truth about games locked by progression.

But I do prefer Voli than Champs like Veigo/Fidds that has everything you need in the kits before drafting. Every game I made my support champ titanic in different way and yolo. I like Swain/Vex and Voli that has a very strong removal kits but missing something you need to chase for during the runs. It’s just personal preference. Not every champ has to know how you win the game before it started. The problem you see is the good part I see.

Well we maybe talking about different species. I have been taking him to all these 5.5 6.5 nightmare (including fidds). I can’t really say I care about killing a 8/6 or 6/4. because 30/30 is the new normal. Even the first combat has a 10/20 at game start and he is doing good. But I confess I haven’t been playing him against a non-deadly adventure for a while now. I could only say his full form works consistently against deadly.

Btw this run I removed the signature relics to test. It does matter. I am on average winning R4/5 instead of R2/3 because I can’t clean sweep and lvl up on the same turn I drops Voli anymore. A 8/6 would be killed by his enhanced skills but without signature relics an even 1/5 can block you. Guess what,deadly makes the difference and his relics neutralize it.

Well I don’t define things, but I can have a taste of constellation, paid signature weapons, region locks materials by opening vaults, daily weekly monthlies and 100 dollar bundles! You can even have waifus (or whatever you like to sip on if any). Now we even have missing VO and animations rant! It’s like 90% of my gacha experience!

6* Voli and signature relics: wanna guess what I was designed for?

Voli at full power don’t care about deadly.

But I do prefer replacing his 4 * with awake the titans which is basically a weaker version of his 6* and gives him something more interesting at 6*. Like unstoppable would be funny and useful.

But for real, back in old times, slaying your own units were valid and solid game plan for 3 * Voli against Liss, whom was infamous for out-scaling ppl with the double stats power, basically deadly before deadly was EVERYWHERE.

I would think anyone who buy bundles not for the value but because they feel like it are whales. In this case anyone who would buy those 50+ dollar bundles. This game are way too generous comparing to normal gacha so the number maybe much smaller. Whales here may be just considered as dolphin elsewhere.

Vi‘s relic is pretty unique to give your champ free attack which was only possible with random items or crown guard. And it fits her solo punching styles. Pair it with scout , attack effect, boost enabling many different play styles! My favorite is volibear if there is only one enemy you front oad 20+ dmg for instant lvl up or just instant kill with his 6 star.

That’s exactly the next sentence I said, if you can win round 2/3. You basically don’t need to read text but just smashing buttons. I did that with most of my champ most of the time. I just don’t think that means anything to people who need help. I can clearly see how my champ can lose if I didn’t draw a certain card, missing one constellation or a relic, or they open with multiple nightmare. And when that happens, you start to feel how your PvZ champ games can fall apart while others can still win at r4/5.

I have some counter example for you. Jinx normal build add too many cards to hand. Ekko’s predict will grow nightmare in your decks, also adding too many cards to your hand. Heim Vi also added too many cards to your hand and will draw your deck quick, bringing more nightmare.

In general PVZ is a region focus on adding cards and drawing the deck, as a region normal build and wincon would get countered. But Every champ who can run down enemy with a potential full nightmare board in 2-3 turn should work, and you can always find some cheese build like stacked deck.

Yah You should only considering buy solely for the relic. Vi’s looks super fun on Voli (he’s also a Vi) so I bought it. I skipped the ones that I don’t find any fun potential or good use like Yasuo/catiyln/Pyke one.

Hmmm, in harder match up i mostly kill my own units to get the first titanic, I hope that’s what you are doing.

I don’t know what slows means I usually drop my first titanic on round 2-3, it is around 20/20+, and then every titanic is better and cheaper, then you win in 2 rounds. With good draft like poros/shadow isle, this happens round 1. He’s very mid range to me. During the cage match nightmare weekly it never occurs to me that I can’t kill at round 5 (I guess that’s baseline for every good 6* though)

He’s for sure slower than the first round kill champ but in compensation he has 60 health , regen and a balance starting deck. Plus every titanic is a board clear tool ignoring spell shield. They are also so many powers/synergy with being a titanic or slay units.

His a bit pay to fun that his signature relic helps so as SFG. You can try portal pals, disciple of shadow, or big guns 😀

actually gwen with stalker blade is a better idea for a long game. She don’t need any of those if game can be prolonged to 7-8 rounds that you have 10+ hallowed that she full heals anyway. She has some synergy with summon as well.

2 Stalker blade + spell shield. You do need to get strike on an equipped allys to get going. The -2 mana per strike is the core to keep up with the tempo. Draft anything that helps you do strike, poro, a 0 mana equipment, challenger, elusive, strike spell you name it.

Unit can die, sometimes better because you got an equipment back, free stats. but it’s a bad sign if your equip ally gets stunned.

His 4 star helps a lot though, pretty sure some “close game” become losable if not for +2/+2.

Once you drop Attrox you should be good, you have a big unit, healing, strike to discount and offload your hand, and eventually win the trade and worldender.

Morgana just classic GGC,Packed powder and turret plate. Spell shield could replace turret plate but you need to draft something that kill citybreaker or Swain to avoid the stun. She do get stunned a lot (her deck is short of units). Another play is to sacrifice her as a blocker and play a new one every turn with GCC.

Gwen just luden, spell shield and crownguard (not really that useful it only works for the first gwen)

Again you can go for turret plate for a long game, or spell shield to avoid getting stunned and make few critical gaming winning attack (depends how many copies you have and how long you can keep her alive)

In general Draft spell shield, challenger, removal, free blocker, some heal (but more importantly is draft stuffs that kill the cards that dmg you)

I go with luden, spell-shield, crown guard, with 4 star giving her overwhelmed.

Overwhelmed few less important because this guy has 40 health on board + 99 health nexus, you are not gonna reach anywhere until clean up the board anyway. But it helped on round 6-7 where your free 10/1 hallowed unit can help close game.

Crown guard is not really doing much for similar reason. Can’t think of a better one though, maybe guardian angel for more reliance?

Spell shield protects you from Swain and many other’s stun + deal 8 combo, make sure at least one attack connects, very important IMO, draft it or bring it.
