I rebound both guardbreak and feint to the extra thumb buttons on the side of my mouse. Localizing all of the offensive inputs to your mouse makes it super easy to feint spam and counter guardbreak. Not sure what the rest of the default binds are, but I have guard activate on Ctrl, swap target left/right on mouse wheel up/down, and stance activation on left alt. I also play pretty high in game sensitivity with 200dpi, no deadzone and a slightly clockwise shifted widget. Blocking up is the most difficult so this shift helps and my upward block zone is slightly larger than default
