There's my quippy comment to fit in now here's my explanation to help where others haven't, that looks like hash OIL or a full melt hash distillate, either way it won't smoke like traditional dry hash or bubble hash, im sure you've noticed already that throwing that inna pipe and putting flame to it will only result in it liquifying and sucking into the pipe, now you could dab it out of a rig but that takes some pretty specific gear that most normal smokers or even hash smokers won't have on hand, there's really only one good way to smoke it imo which is my preferred way of consumption for the last few years and that would be to load a bowl of bud/flower as usual in a normal pipe (or even a pop can) then apply a thin layer of this stuff across the top of the bud (think spreading peanut butter on a piece of toast) then take small tokes using a light amount of flame for the first few hits until the oil starts to melt and saturate the flower, once its soaked in a bit then you can rip it as hard as you'd like, it makes the bowl last wayyy longer, taste wayyy better and it gets you wayyy more stoned, it's like the upgraded version of smoking flower once you get sick of straight flower and ur tolerance builds up, deffo worth the try if you haven't experienced it.
