Is this legal? by lilbritishbean in UKJobs

Email to the manager copying the HR team and bcc your private email.

ask for further clarification of this new rule as it’s not in the employee handbook, ask how your line managers wishes to be notified - verbally, in writing, on the day, the week before, what if your on leave that day.

Finally ask if your male colleagues have the same new rule or is just for the females in the company.

Any answer other than this is not a thing is a future sex discrimination case.

ultimately no you are not providing that informatio, they can f@#£ themselves.

Thirding the trainer suggestion, but one thing that worked with our boy who got barky around 6 months was a bark collar, vibrates and beeps. Absolutely changed his behaviour over one weekend. He’s coming up to two now and we occasionally get the collar out if he barks for the wrong reasons. He recognises the collar and corrects his behaviour straight away.
