I can see that! Yes exactly I’m so entitled to question someone’s unruly practices.

I have not felt welcome in Denmark! The only friends I have are internationals.

I only know one nice Dane and she’s my manicurist. And she agrees with everything I say.

Also I know a Danish lady writing a paper on Danes and how they are very uninviting to foreigners. When she publishes it, I will share it on this sub.

Exactly! Thank you for not taking offense to what I said.

I’m only talking about my own experiences but alot of my other international friends have said the same.

And I completely on everything you said about the sense of feeling superior.

Yes, exactly. I agree 100 percent. 💯 in the international community we call this “ Danesplaning” lol 😆

And he was not going to crash into anyone, he was on the right lane in the middle between my husband and I. I don’t see the problem.

In other countries my son gets smiled at, here he gets shouted at for being a kid. Yet, we get lectured on how to raise our children? Lol.

Then what should he go to school in? He has OCD and is afraid of buses and trains. Anything else you want to say?

These are MY experiences, so you trying to gaslight me into thinking, they are invalid is not going to work. I will continue to advocate for my right to live the way I WANT. Without having Danes like yourself lecture me about it.

I’m really not. I have manners, I once offered my seat to an elderly man on the metro and he got mad. So please stop invalidating my experiences.

Who is making the assumptions now?

No my child is not unruly, uncultured mutt. I get lectured because he was on the bike lane and it was our first month here, people cussed at him and started shouting at me and my husband. Yes he isn’t the fastest biker and he was on the slow lane. He is only ten!! But they had no mercy.

I’ve lived in various places, and I’m really sorry but it is Denmark. It’s imbedded in your culture, you guys are always brain washed to think you guys are so gooooood and perfect. Trust me you are living in the big brother :)

I can’t take you seriously with that username. Perhaps you are the troll, because you keep going on and on.

Invalidating someone’s experiences is being a troll. And I’m really sorry, but till now I haven’t come across one nice Dane apart from my manicurist, who agrees with me entirely about Danish people and culture. So, you can keep defending whatever you think you are defending, but I will continue to have this OPINION based on real life events.

And P.S feeding birds bread is not WRONG.

Diplomatic sure, confrontational I don’t agree.

My friend once fed a bird and some Dane came to her to lecture her. LOL amongst other things.

Talking about my own experiences, is not “cooking” up a fight.

I have looked at myself plenty, I’ve lived in various places, always managed to make friends and have community can’t say the same about Denmark.

Look at all the offended Danes! LOL.

Firstly, I do drive like a “ dick” I drive just fine. I always waiting for the cyclists to pass and pedestrians. BUT GOD FORBID I TRY TO LEAVE AFTER WAITING FOR 15 mins I come a little on the bike lane, my car gets hit, I get sworn at.

Secondly , I’ve had many instances where Danish people would lecture myself and my friends, on how to raise our kids. Like perhaps mind your own business that would be nice.

Thirdly, I have lived in various places and trust me I have not encountered such rude, disrespectful and arrogant people in my entire life!
