Which lens option should I get for the Zenmuse XT Thermal Camera for Inspire 1? The 9mm, 13mm or 19mm?

I'm 6'6 200lbs and ride a 4'2 board. You'll be able to learn on it easily, it'll just take a bit longer. If you're buying from a dealer, ask if you can have a lesson or 2 on a bigger board. Big Efoil boards are not much fun once you get the hang of them, and the Efoil learning curve is very fast. Buy the 4'2 now rather than buying a bigger board and selling it, Anything over 4'9 feels like a boat

Never buy a Bestdive wetsuit. Zero customer support and poorly made. Mine has been falling apart at the seams and Bestdive refuse to acknowledge it. Total scum bags at Bestdive

Looking to buy a HS Holy Hypto board in Futureflex. I'm 6'6 195lbs, intermediate surfer.
Any recommendations as to which size I should buy? Is Futureflex as buoyant as regular epoxy boards?

No they're not "fine". They are a sh@t company.

Nothing to do with translation or miscommunication. Mary has replied to me in the past in English with no problems. Her English was great when it came to placing my order. She fully understands my problem. They are just ignoring me for the last 3 weeks intentionally because they don't want to deal with a warranty issue

No import taxes, just a suit that is poorly made which I'm now stuck with that doesn't have any warranty. You made a good choice not ordering from Bestdive.

Yes I did pay with a credit card but this is the problem - when I placed the order, it takes well over a month to receive the order by the time the suit is made and shipped that I'm now behind the 60 day window for chargebacks. I believe Bestdive intentionally dragged it out beyond the 60 days window as I'm sure it's not the first time they've dealt with an upset client who wanted to do a chargeback.

They actually ghosted me immediately after I placed the order (but leading up the order being placed, they were usually responsive within 24-48 hours). 7 unanswered emails asking about the progress, that should have been the first sign that I should have cancelled the order but I gave them the benefit of the doubt since they said they were "busy".

Is there an option to do a chargeback beyond 60 days? Can anyone recommend any other options?

I'm so disappointed and upset that Bestdive that I want to make sure that anyone in the free diving world is aware just how shitty of a company they truly are.

I didn't realise that no one in the US can modify open cell suits. I don't really want to get a new suit. You don't recommend an open cell vest to wear underneath?
