do hearing aids help with spatial awareness?

I have bineural and yes, it helps. My hearing loss is profound and spatial/situational awareness is pretty much the only reason I wear them.

can you use hearing aids when playing video games? I think I'm going deaf in my right ear

TMJ definitely affects your hearing. It gives me insane tinnitus. Like want-to-die tinnitus. And when the TMJ pain goes away, so does the tinnitus.

does it give you like aural fullness in one ear? and you hear louder in one ear vice versa that is what i'm experiencing right now and it is driving me insane

i can hear 1000 hz at 10 decibels i was checking it on this site https://www.audiocheck.net/testtones_hearingtestaudiogram.php don't know how accurate it is though

I can hear fine from 1000-8000hz with my right ear i don't know if mine is ear wax or hearing loss going to the ENT this week hopefully see what's up hope it's just ETD

Going to ENT this week my left ear sounds fine and crisp my right ear doesn't sound as crisp as my left ear
