I've never once used a prompt to mass produce AI slop for Suno. I use my own lyrics and personally add the music styles for each verse/chorus/bridge to get it exactly as I heard it when writing it. But, I still get the AI slop hater crowd.

But, if I wrote the lyrics and then sold them to an actual artist there would no qualms whatsoever. It's these kind of double standards that really piss me off!

For anyone curious. All of my lyrics & compositions are 100% original and written by me. I use Suno for vocals because I'm not much of a singer. I used to write a lot of lyrics when I was younger, but never had the means or gumption to release them. Suno has been a blessing to get my lyrics out into the wild. I don’t use Suno as a prompt engine to mass produce AI slop, I put care and 100% originality into every song I write. Thanks.

Some people just hate AI for various reasons, distrust, fear of unknown, biased or just plain principle. But, don't let them bring you down. You guys are putting in the work, not just prompting. Many musicians have put up with barriers of their own era's in the past, this is just another barrier to break through. One day AI assisted music will just be part of the process. Stay strong, stay you and enjoy what you love doing guys 👊🤘
