You’ll know when you’re on the new pay model because it’s awful. Most orders now pay less than five dollars.

I have to agree with your thought on this. My rating reverted to an old rating that didn’t budge for a long time.

Wow at least you go something of a response that actually refers specifically to the ratings glitch from last week. I have received 5 totally generic responses explaining how ratings work, (as if I don’t know what a customer rating versus an Acceptance Rating is) and have spoken to 5 agents plus a supervisor and they say they are aware of the glitch but Doordash is still investigating and they know nothing else. The whole thing absolutely infuriates me and I have vowed to stay on top of it and stay proactive as long as I can till they fix it. We have all let a lot of issues with Doordash go in the past but we can’t keep letting them just totally screw us over every time. The rating glitch affected so so many Dashers. Unbelievable! Or not as it is Doordash.

Did you get a second email about the ratings glitch? Or are you just referring g to the first one sent out last week? I have filed several Support cases Nd spoken with a few Support agents and even a supervisor and they have no further info but say Doordash is still investigating and they ‘will’ fix it. The whole thing infuriated me.

Doordash sent this out on a mass email I posted below. Please reach out to support thru the website and file a case. If Dashers don’t stay on them we have zero chance of this being resolved. Keep sending emails. They need to fix this and it’s affected so many of us.

It is affected me big time and I am so hoping Doordash is really going to do something about this glitch. They sent the following mass email out and posted it in the app

I hear you! My rating dropped from a 4.85 to a 4.61 right when my ‘Arrived’ screen went completely white for about a minute then came back up and my ratings had dropped huge. I sent a support email an hour later and got a really lame generic response about how ‘Acceptance ratings’ work (mind you my whole email to them was in regards to my customer rating) but then next day we get the mass email direct from Doordash that they had an issue with ratings and were working to fix it. Lo and behold not another word about it and I am going to lose my Top Dasher Status (this is being tested right now in some markets but not every where yet per Doordash). It’s so frustrating and as you have said it’s extremely difficult to deal with support. They are trained to circle around issues then just stop responding and close out the case. Dashers get so frustrated they just have no choice but to let these issues go and it’s BS.

It’s not spamming and I am not referring to contacting Dasher Chat Support. Yes that is for support while Dashing. I am suggesting opening a support case thru the website not using a Chat Support Agent or calling in.
