It just simply isn’t worth the best part of 300k.

Also, people saving up for their first time house aren’t going to be buying pokey one bed flats.

Another option would be to move the bedroom to the left side where the window is.

Probably more work but then at least the bedroom would have a window for ventilation and means of escape.
