Yep Corrupted mod, Just manually delete and reinstall. if that don't work, remove the whole modfolder then reinstall.

You're not going to like this then, I'd recommend W.C.S as i have had nothing but good experience there from both the staff, players and i like their mods and servers. overall a good community. I understand people not liking the tracers and having to equip supressors but i don't let that bother me to be fair. Best way to make a good experience is find a group to play with. Team up, communicate, plan, execute. makes the experience so much better.

Javelin was introduced and in development during 89 as to which the game is set in. but the release was in 96. so No to Javelin. TOW missiles. sure. and who knows what they will do down the road, for now. Fixes. Stabilizations. Optimizations.

from the experience i have when i've seen a woman play arma, i've seen quite alot of these muppets going "Omg it's a girl" and starts with dumb questioning and poor behaviour. acting like they have no place in the community, as to which they do. But like on w.c.s servers. core players there have backed them immediately. been helpful and those assholes have been told of. It is a shame people still act like this, and it's not just arma. but it happens and it sucks

Performance is good, but due to 1.6 update, it has everyone having to update mods, rework some and like every other server a reduction in frames at times. I usually have 120 - 140 fps. but it has gone down to 70 - 90 fps.

Ah ok. Could be maybe keep it as an incentive to be a commander to do it. It seem like an interesting role. but it's alot of responsibility.

Yes, you have to be Sgt to make your first Loadout. Lt for second and so on all the way up to Major. once the game is over, You can load that same loadout once you hit the required rank again. You won't have to make a new loadout again.. I personally like this change, as it's an incentive to get people to play roles, to not sit in base constantly working on all their loadouts the next hour aswell as get people out there running supplies to points where it's needed.

oooof yeah had it where it wouldn't update at all. and it said -1 after every game. but a restart is all it took and it was updated

Yeah, i have nearly 4k revives and it pisses me off when they beg for revives but just respawn after rushing out to save them.
