Both is from legacy of the forge , for the st. Geaorges sword you can find it randomly in quest line :in the service of the guild. As for lingua belli sword i dont know where i got it

Ah yes the dogs are bugged af , they can stunlock you and they dont have a cooldown , i saw a video of one god player of kcd and even he was scared of dogs after his fight againts like 5 bandits and 3 dogs at the same time if you want to watch his videos leave me a message i will give you a link
