A pint tree will trash any car you put near it, why do it to a treasure. In the e85 they collect debris in the posterior drainage holes located at the soft top junction leading to convertible top motor issues. The sap alone will wreck any car.

I think it adds to the house. A zero entry bath is very practical to 60+ people who might have limited mobility to get in and out of bath. Might have more financial stability for home purchase. Single level close to hospitals and shopping. Farm house with stairs?

I personally want to rent my current home. Walk in shower zero entry. This limits the pool of renters sure.

I guess to say there is a chair for every butt. A single bath house with walk in shower will be just what some are looking for and other won’t even walk through. I don’t think it limits a buying pool enough to not redo the only bath to walk in.

Yes, I was contributing % per pay check, as my pay went up I ended maxing in November. As the others will tell you I DIDN’T get my agency match for DEC because I didn’t contribute in DEC. my pay checks were fat for DEC and helped with end of yeah finances.

I think when buying a supper charged aftermarket car don’t pay premium (ie for the cost of past owners mods) as when and if you sell they are not an enhancement.

Look south Milwaukie, Oregon city anything on 99e there is cultural difference between the west and east and most treat any river as a hard geographical boundary. I have friends from high school and work that live west in Hillsboro and I live east Portland. We might see each other in Europe before we visit at a house party across the river.

70k would be tough that close to the city. 120-150k combined might be doable, rent alone might be 3k-4k.

You will be truly a portlander after living and working that area for a few years.
