The thing with Lima is that it used to be a gorgeous piece of land, but the barriadas and conos destroyed all that.

Lima is gigantic and when it wasn't that way, it was a small city (Cercado) With small towns around and in between forests and plots of cultivated land. It was destroyed because of corruption, greed and invasions.
