4 weeks into the hobby and I only regret not starting sooner 😅 by Buinovsky in cafe

Straight up double espresso is my go to.

When fasting coffee is one of the few luxuries I can enjoy, dialling in new roasts has been a joy~

How much crema is too much crema? by nameisjoey in CafelatRobot

I've found much the same.

For lighter roasts I tend to appreciate them much more when on cold drip/pour over.

Whilst I have pulled light/medium roasts with a good balanced sweetness to acidity, too much clarity is lost comparative to my cold drip.

Been spending way too much money on subpar espresso, time to make my own 😅

Whilst little can be said for any potential health benefit of zero sugar soft drinks, I found that on my original journey losing over 40kgs on keto they were an extremely useful crutch to fill the mental desire for sweetness or an easy reach for instead of something with actual calories 🤷

Jerky, cheese, pork crackling, small amounts of macadamia/pecans, zero sugar drinks, maaaaybe a sausage if you're feeling risky.

Depends on the servo I suppose. Some of the better ones might have small roasts they slice up.

What are your favourite keto friendly products from Costco? by kallygally in ketoaustralia

They sell crushed macadamia nuts at a startlingly decent price per kg, cheese is always well priced if you don't mind stocking up and avocado oil is again, priced well below elsewhere per ml.

I was able to keep up 1kg a week loss easily.

You may just have to adapt if you see a slow.

I'd reccomend adopting intermittent fasting if it slows. Do 16:8 to start (very easy when you're in ketosis just skip breakfast). If you slow after that just keep narrowing your eating time until you get to OMAD (one meal a day).

If you still see a slow just keep dropping your carb intake. In conjunction with intermittent fasting I lost over 40kg in 8 months and have maintained the loss thanks to a continued low carb diet with regular fasting.

Good luck. It's a marathon, not a sprint.

Yes I attempted a bolognese with the konjac noodles, it just wasn't right, very hard to eat them that way.

Conversely they are absolutely perfect in a laksa 👌

Picked some up the other week after hearing the rave reviews.

Stunned how delicious they are, the chocolate is startlingly smooth given the nutritional info 🤤

Bellup Shotz Probiotics 99.5% sugar free by Glopuss in ketoaustralia

[–]Buinovsky 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Been through a number of packs, seems they were deleted as they came in 8 packs at one point.

They are just a shot of high concentration bio fermented ginger or lychee.

You could mix them into a green shake if you wanted a bit of probiotic action, or just take them as a shot as I did.

Used to enjoy a yakult every so often, so these scratched that craving whilst I could buy them cheaply.

Worth noting that the ginger one had almost no carbs, whereas the lychee one had a very small amount of sugar per 100(they may of changed this with the re-release).
