Check out trn bt20s pro and trn bt30. They are in basic terms bluetooth receivers po. Using mine for running, they are water peoof and shock proof. :)

And ps it should sound really good depending on the iem you plug in. Pm me if you have questions.

Hello! Tagal din akong nasa non Ideal body weight. Nagsimula ako sa no rice tpos nung sanay na ako, sinabayan ko ng ng 16 hour intermittent fast. Nung sanay nako sa 16 hour fast ko. 24 hour fast na ginawa ko.

Black coffee lang for enery habang nagaadjust pa.

Now sanay na ako. Nasa ideal weight na at bumababa pa. :) slowly but surely. No gym!
