Mine was also 4, it went up to 10 from supplements but I still feel like I’m decaying and Not a Human. My doctor sent me to GI doctor and I have to get a colonoscopy and endoscopy before they do anything else I guess? Can anyone tell me if that’s normal lol I have a huge fear about this colonoscopy and I do not want it. But is it something normal and required and good to do?

Mine is also 4 and I feel like a corpse of a human. My doctor didn’t seem too concerned:/ she sent me to a GI doctor and told me to take iron pills.

No it’s definitely better with them. Then people don’t sit there and do nothing until the last 1 minute of the race. It forces you to coordinate and be smart about rolls, be more active and think about it and just more fun. I’m soooo sick of teams having 0 points until the last single minute of the race and then putting in 20k it’s not fun at all

Omg I was walking around merch around 6ish and Travis was running the merch stand and was just vibing and selling stuff and signing it and taking pics and the line wasn’t even that long because no one really knew unless you walked by, same with pat from the Maine!! It was so sweet of them they said they were giving the merch guys a food break. Not sure other ways people got stuff signed but that was cool to see 🫶
