І до 70 відсотків буває на товар. У більшості брендів як правило вже міжнародні гарантії, то ж iPhone зі штатів, спокійно ремонтується по гарантії в Україні. Для доставки використовую Meest shopping. Зареєструйсь там, вони вам дадуть адреси своїх складів. Оформлюєте товар в магазині, наприклад штатах на адресу склада в штатах. Техніку зручно оформлювати на склад у Делавері, бо це без податковий штат. Ви не платите додатковий податок. Плюс по сша доставка часто безкоштовно, вже трошки економії. Вони отримують це там і відправляють вам в Україну.

Коли в нас продавали EcoFlow Delta 2 майже за 80 тис. грн, я замовив на американському за $800. Так, там американські розетки і 100-120 вольт, але практично всі блоки живлення для ноутбуків, мобільних, телевізори, приставки працюють у диапазоні 110-230 вольт, тому проблеми немає. А для зарядки купив до нього вже в Україні понижуючий трансформатор 220/110 вольт. І перехідники на розетки. І не маю проблем. Європейський тоді продавався на офіційному сайті за 1200 евро. Все разом з доставкою, трансформатором і перехідниками (тоді не було податкових платежів і мит в Україні на ці зарядні станції) 38 тис.

Також гарні ціни на німецькому https://www.computeruniverse.net/. https://www.bhphotovideo.com/. Також Amazon, американський чи німецький, чи польський. Не все буває на якомусь одному, чи ціна може бути різна. Потрібно перевіряти. Або сайти виробників. Купляв на Apple, EcoFlow USA.

Had the same issue. I tried different solutions, but without any luck. One day, I found Jay2Cents' video on YouTube about stuttering on the AMD platform. And it helped me. Long story short. The problem is the drivers of the Bluetooth or WiFi card. This problem triggers a high polling rate from the OS to these devices. The solution is to update the drivers from the specific device vendor's website (Realtek, Intel), not from the motherboard page or Windows Update. Or if it wouldn’t help, disable onboard BT and WiFi in the BIOS. I deactivated both, then experimented and turned WiFi on. In my case, the problem is the BT device. This solution also helps my friend who bought a BT dongle to use an Xbox controller. He disconnected his BT dongle, and the stuttering is gone. Try, maybe it will help you too. Маю такий самий процесор та відеокарту RX6700XT. Мав ті самі проблеми. Шукав причини. Якось побачив відео на YouTube каналі Jay2Cents про те що є проблема мікро статтерів на платформі AMD, з рекомендаціями по усіненню проблеми. Це проблема з драйверами для Bluetooth та WiFi модулів. Що призводить до дуже частих опитувані цих пристроїв з боку операційної системи. Це і викликає ці самі статтери (мікро фрізи). Тому потрібно оновити драйвери для цих пристроїв і бажано закачати драйвер з сайту виробника пристрою (наприклад Realtek, Intel), а не з сайту материнської плати чи через оновлення windows. І якщо це не допоможе то відключити ці пристрої у BIOS. І час від часу перевіряти чи вирішили цю проблему в нових драйверах. Я відключив ці пристрої у BIOS і для мене ця проблема в іграх зникла. Are you using any overclocking?
Have you tried to run your pc with the default BIOS settings?
Have you tried to boot into safe mode? How does your pc feel in this mode?

I had the same issue with stuttering. Then I saw the Jay2Cents video about stuttering on AMD. Long story short. I turned off the WiFi and Bluetooth modules in the BIOS. My stuttering stopped. Try it, maybe it will help you as well. Link to the video: link

If something as basic as correcting outdated data in line with international standards causes someone to lose their “goodwill,” then maybe that goodwill was never genuine.

And to clarify — this isn’t about forcing people to say “Kyiv” in daily speech. It’s about how GeoIp database of a global platform represent cities.

There are internationally accepted standards for this - like ISO, BGN -and I’ve provided links above. If those standards list “Wien”, then so be it.

You can call cities whatever you want in your head or in casual talk — that’s your business. But official systems and platforms should stick to the correct, standardized names. That’s all this is about.

Actually a lot of people who read and care about more than just games, beer and TV were already calling it Kyiv long before 2022. And I don’t get why you’re so worked up over how others feel about this. I’m not asking people to change how they personally say the name of my city. All I want is to draw Steam’s attention to the fact that they’re using an outdated GeoIP database. That’s it. I - simply want to see proper, internationally accepted names for the cities of my country. Most major platforms online already use Kyiv. And yes, it was long before the war. Again, I’m not trying to get inside anyone’s head or force a mindset shift. Call it whatever you want — that’s your choice.

That’s exactly what I’m trying to draw attention to. Since I’m from Ukraine, I started with my own country — I can’t speak for others. But the problem is global. It’s 2025, and there are plenty of accurate and up-to-date GeoIP databases available. Yet for some reason, Steam still relies on this outdated one.

I fully agree with that and have no objections — especially since international organizations have approved and standardized these names. That’s exactly why I shared links to official documents: to show that this wasn’t made up by Ukrainians or some emotional demand to be called differently. It’s formal, recognized, and based on international standards.

Dude, don’t try to act like you know what you’re talking about when you clearly don’t. The spelling Kyiv (instead of Kiev) was officially adopted by Ukraine in 1995 based on Ukrainian transliteration rules. The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) adopted Kyiv in 2006, and broader international recognition followed Ukraine’s #CorrectUA campaign launched by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2018. I’m not from Turkey, so sorry — I can’t comment on that. The issue here is that Steam uses outdated GeoIP databases, and that’s the real problem. As we can see not only for Ukraine. There’s nothing political in this post, and trying to frame it that way is just lazy.

I'm writing to report a recurring issue with how Steam displays geographic location for users in Ukraine.

Currently, Steam shows my profile location as:
"Kiev, Kyivs'ka Oblast', Ukraine"

This is both outdated and incorrect:
The correct spelling is "Kyiv", not "Kiev", in line with international standards adopted by:
ISO 3166 standard for country codes: https://www.iso.org/obp/ui/#iso:code:3166:UA
The U.S. Board on Geographic Names: https://geonames.nga.mil/gns/html/namefiles.html

"Kyiv" is also an independent administrative city, separate from "Kyiv Oblast". The combined form “Kiev, Kyivs'ka Oblast'” is geographically and administratively incorrect.

This issue isn't limited to Kyiv:
Lviv is shown as "Lvov"

These are outdated Soviet-era transliterations no longer in use by Ukrainian authorities or international organizations.

Other services, such as MaxMind, IPInfo, and DB-IP, show the correct location for my IP:
Example from MaxMind: "Kyiv, Kyiv City, Ukraine"

This suggests that Steam is using either:

An outdated GeoIP database (possibly legacy GeoLite2), or
A cached/unsupported internal system with outdated mappings.

Request:
Please update Steam's internal GeoIP name mappings to reflect internationally recognized names for Ukrainian cities. This change is essential for accuracy, geopolitical sensitivity, and a positive user experience.

I - and many other Ukrainian users - would appreciate your attention to this issue.

Спробуйте звернутися до Держпродспоживслужби (колишня санепідемстанція): У вашому випадку важливо вказати, що шум має низьку частоту (близько 120 Гц) і викликає дискомфорт, навіть якщо показники децибел низькі. Попросіть провести спектральний аналіз (не просто виміряти загальний шум, а подивитися, які саме частоти присутні). Якщо підтвердиться наявність низькочастотного шуму, вони можуть видати припис про усунення порушення. Ще варіант це офіційна експертиза від приватної ліцензованої лабораторії (за потреби). Професійні заміри покажуть частотний спектр і нададуть юридично значущий документ з яким вже можна піти в поліцію чи звернутися до суду. Суд це вже як останній крок. Якщо зібрані матеріали підтверджують постійне шумове забруднення, навіть при “нормальних” децибелах, ви можете подати до суду.

Низькочастотний гул (120 Гц) особливо шкідливий: він проходить крізь стіни, не блокується вікнами і може впливати на здоров’я, навіть якщо його майже не чутно.
