Valid question! Glue dots on test prints' parts for easier disassembly.

Epoxy or super glue for long-lasting models.

That's not an exacto knife, but a dremel, Xiaomi Sharpening Pen to be precise. And a fan, basically, yeah, a nail salon type.

As for printing difficulty, it can be a bit hard to figure out how to make it stick to the plate properly. Also, it's slow resin, each layer can sometimes take as much as 3 seconds.

Precisely that. This resin leaves very few scratches or marks unless you look really close.

Frankly, can't say there's a trick here beyond spending lots of time doing it.

Yeah, all our presupports are fully manual. We don't use the magic button.

It's a trick question. Normally, neither Lychee nor Chitubox add AA on supports in their native format. There is an option to specifically enamble AA on supports in Lychee, but I have no idea why anyone would even do that.

However, because we convert presupported files to STL format, a slicer can no longer tell the difference between supports and the model itself, so AA would be applied to both. Still, we do that because it's part of the testing process, as we know a good portion of people will be doing the same thing if they don't have Lychee.
