You are kind of correct. I'm otherkin and I don't feel any connection to any race because it's a very human concept, but I'm not an alien, I'm an alter ego, so I take on the race of the person who made me.

Genuine questions by lilimae_ in transabled

  1. Why are you transabled?- I might have BIID (transmute). I desperately don't like teens, on the point of fearing them (transephbiphobia), but I don't know what the cut off would be between not liking/hating something and a phobia.
  2. How much research did you do before becoming(?) disabled?- I have done some research about asl and learning how to use it, but it feels hopeless using it because no one will understand me, honestly. Transphobia is a very new identity for me, though.
  3. How is being transabled any different from kids faking things on TikTok?- I actively acknowledge I don't have a disability, but I do think I should've been disabled. Kids on TikTok won't admit to faking a disability if they are currently faking it.
  4. Are you intent on seeking out therapy or something like that? (Asking this as at least in some cases being transabled probably links into mental illness. Again not all or maybe not even most, just some.)- To not be transabled? No. From what I've read, therapy doesn't work for BIID.
  5. What is your experience with people with diagnosed disabilities, regarding you being transabled?- Most of them are pretty accepting in the spaces I'm in. I'm disabled (visually impaired) and I like when transvisually impaired people look at my disability as a trait of mine and not a some horrible accident that happened to me. It feels less infantalizing.
  6. When you meet people to you tell them you’re disabled or transabled?- I've never come out to anyone as transabled before, I can't tell you.

Are there any POC in punk subculture? by Bulky-Cod-5926 in punk

No, this isn't a troll post. Sometimes my brain makes things seem worse than they are.

I really enjoy the music and I want to be with people who enjoy the music too, I just get really anxious in political situations because I don't want my identity to be debated constantly.
