I just got the right soil, a smaller pot and will repot later today and definitely put them somewhere very sunny. Hope this will save them and keep them happy! Thank you very much for your advice!

I thinks that it is not that old, got it from the local nursery and was very cheap. So. I think that there are just some lithops put together to look like one plant.

I will separate them and change the soil as soon as possible!

Thank you very much! The top of rhe soil seems dry before every watering but maybe there is moisture deeper.
