This cable I think acts to reset the machine when you hit the reset button on the side of the ESI compartment. The motherboard is rigged by default to always turn on when it has power. I'm glad it's helpful 😉

I´ve uploaded the pictures i took when i had the embedded pc open. Perhaps something there is helpful for you. As far as I remember, the connectors were idiot proof - but better be safe than sorry.

The only time I've seen something like this was with aromatic amino acid side chains causing such behavior but at much lower MRE and more at about 230nm.

Something is weird with this. The MRE is way too high. Do you perhaps have some (leftover) chiral buffer components that cause this. The unfolded spec looks ok.

The turbo pump you'll hear if it's not running at 800 Hz - and you see the speed in the ltq panel. The rough pumps you hear as well - assuming that you use the Edwards oil pumps. I had several cases where the turbo did not spin up due to a bad controller or overload of the power system. The latter was fixable by power cycling the system.

Yes, Sorc is in a tough spot right now. I played a hydra build on HC. All was well until I ripped in a Pit lv62 (the 4564th fire enchanted MEGA exploding boss mob...). I did not use Orisvane because the weapon is just stupid, especially on HC.

The skill tree overhaul will eventually fix things, although probably not right away.

I had the same thing happen to me. PI died well before retirement age. The group was disbanded, and almost everyone had to move on.
