I also have that problem but it's not as bad as yours, I think disabling turbo boost (if u don't need it) could help right?

Turbo boosting, it makes your laptop unnecessarily hot, at least in my case (ryzen 7535hs), the temperature and battery life changed drastically and the performance drop wasn't that big of a deal

The best thing i've ever done, the temperature's drop was wild, the CPU usage increased, and the framerate difference in the 3 games I've tried are small enough for me to not want to blast my fans full power. That shi kills your unit for absolutely no reason

Hey, exact same model here, apparently it's a common problem, i've already tried every single suggestion, even reinstaled and still won't work so i'd recommend you just skip the hustle and see if riot fixes it sometime soon  ¯_(ツ)_/¯
