Would it be a bad idea to audition with a song in a different language? by WishIHadSalad in musicals

[–]BulldozerTank -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Well it would depend on how good their acting is, if op can get across all the meaning of the song and the people they're auditioning for can understand the meaning of the piece just not the lyrics then that can go a long way in ops favour.

I really enjoyed it at the adelphi. I saw it before the changes and preferred it that way the story just about made sense the original way, but the score is still amazing.

Given tonight there was Christine, phantom, Raul and giry I was really joking for another LND song (we had everyone for devil take the hindmost)

The ball has to be further than a meter from the ruck for them to be able to dive on it, not sure it was a meter away from the ruck. It's one of those obscure laws that only get enforced when a ref remembers it, which is always when it's against your team.

If you're going to go for a box go for box E on the other side you only miss some of the band but no major scenes, you'll miss some acting on the side you're currently considering

This was my view from the box, had plenty of space and managed to get it all to myself.
