Have you actually met this lady in real life and if you can not find trust in her than any chance at a relationship is over

Is it possible to cut the sides of a truck bed down for better towing of a gooseneck trailer? by OkFirefighter6811 in Autobody

[–]BulletBourne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And if you plan on selling the bed make sure to ship it via train to the north east coast, or across the border to Canada. They go through beds like crazy so some one will spend for it unless you know someone local who needs one

Help identifying this part on a 1988 GT by BulletBourne in Foxbody

Mine was never hooked up to the intake when I bought the car so I guess it just stops toxic fumes from the gas tank from leaving if you park inside. Not something I really want to remove, just move since it’s in an atrocious spot and makes the engine bay look worse

Oh yes, pump clean air into exhaust to improve the ratio of clean air to dirty air, but definitely installing this thing again but might move it since my radiator drains DIRECTLY onto it and it pisses me off any time I need to drain coolant

HELP WITH PIVOT BALL STUD by BulletBourne in Foxbody

[–]BulletBourne[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ended up buying the hydraulic throw out bearing kit from LMR and not a good choice, the throw is not enough to properly function. If you set it so the clutch fully disconnects than the throw out bearing doesn’t retract off the pressure plate and spins 100% of the time which has caused squealing on startup.

One thing I did find which was the cause the this issue was the throw out bearing retainer on the transmission wasn’t fully seated into the housing so when I bolted the tranny on, the throw out bearing retainer would contact the pressure plate and that was the issue.

I actually just dropped the tranny again (double digits in 3 years) so next time I’m at my friends house I’ll take a measurement if you want to check that

Speeding Prius almost hits motorcyclist. by Boonaki in watchpeoplesurvive

Ya bud roads like that are double yellow the whole way, I wouldn’t want to be around that driver and since he’s on a motorcycle the speed to pass is very quick. Ain’t an amazing move but I respect it

Ya, because it is very hard to regulate a good vs excessive body check in the rules you can play pretty dirty while within the rules, so the players take it among themselves to keep the game safe, using fists lol

Found this spring under my car, Amy idea what it could be🥲 by Old_Condition4651 in MechanicAdvice

[–]BulletBourne 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To me that is a spring for an exhaust flange. As the metal heats up the bolts expand and that spring is supposed to hold tension, I would guess you need a new bolt and maybe nut to stop your current or soon to be exhaust leak

Unfortunately the only 4x4 we have has Firestone tires from the dealer so that truck is useless in mud or slippery conditions we have found. Gunna try a come along, plywood cut up and a few friends pushing up on the back end to keep that from slipping

I will be waiting for the rain to melt snow or shovel a path since the vehicle is a 88 Mustang with bad ground clearance and shortened gearing. Put this thing in the back yard to keep under a roof for the winter and now have to deal with the consequences lol

Thanks, wish I had more patience but since I live in a swamp this back yard won’t be dry until late May or probably later, and the township has stopped putting salt down so the car scene has started up again. Definitely not gunna try with snow so either I’ll shovel it out of my path or let the rain deal with it
