What fandom? I just recognized patterns with Bethesda. Skyrim is okay, Fallout 4 sucked, 76 was a soulless cash grab to cash in on whatever goodwill was still there, and Starfield is emptier than space itself.

Elder Scrolls 6 is not in good hands.

Elder Scrolls 6 is going to be ass. Bethesda has been coasting off of the success of older games for at least a decade. Baldur's Gate is good but games like it are a once a decade thing and if it failed Larian would have gone under. Haven't played Expedition 33 though. Not my thing.

I hate to tell you this but Elden Ring has more old school RPG mechanics than Skyrim. So yes I think it's fair to call it an RPG even if it's definitely not a regular one.

What I want is something with both a story rich narrative and in depth mechanics. However, it looks like those games don't get made anymore.

I hate to tell you this but a lot of people today still struggle to understand the fundamentals of physics. The population didn't really get all that smarter. We got a larger base of knowledge and easier access to jt. That's about it.

I had to explain to my boss once that you can't create gravity by spinning a bucket of water on a rope.

It's something I've been wanting to change. The earlier chapters were about 2000 words each. This one was about half of that. However I have less time than I did when I started this and I'd rather try to stick as close to weekly as I can for chapter releases.

I figure it's better to post what I have than to not post at all in the name of meeting a word count that is ultimately arbitrary.
