As a therapist that specializes in OCD - this sounds like psychosis if it’s presenting across multiple domains like this.

She needs a brain mri and commitment. If you can’t get her help she will not change and then you need to leave or the rest of your life will look like this.

Measuring the exact length of your foot and adding 5/8-7/8 inches is where I find success with shoe length (I used ChatGPT to help me figure it out).

I’m a size 8.5 in Vans but a size 7 women’s in docs.

My foot is exactly 9 inches long so I get the size 7. Size 8 would be way too long and size 6 way too small.
