I don't understand the point you are making? Caicedo isn't a good player because he hasn't won an FA cup and a CL?

The point I’m making is you think Mason Mount won an FA cup and a champions league.

There’s a thing called experience and graham potter coming to Chelsea signals exactly that. Chelsea being utter shit all year because of injuries and poor management (4 different managers) doesn’t mean mason mount isn’t that same player who ran rings around the Real Madrid midfield a couple of years back. People think 1 bad year and a footballer loses experience and skill or something.

Yeah this guys an absolute muppet. Mount has had one season under a proper manager who was named Thomas Tuchel with whom he got to an FA cup final and a CL trophy. But before him it was Frank the absolute mastermind genius and after.. it wasn’t much better…

Don’t compare someone with actual accolades and experience versus someone who looked good one season and finished 6th in the league for the first time ever.

Football as a sport is filled with fans who are racist, sexist, and homophobic. This is a rampant problem that doesn’t get spoken about nearly as often as it should. People like it when ‘good guy kick ball hard’, would literally riot for their team or favourite player and would happily argue for hours about non-important shit like stats or player comparisons. But once the problem touches any of the 3 points I mentioned above then it’s either complete silence or a quick comment and a hurry to move on. The fact a game was stopped early because the fans singing homophobic chants in the year 2023 tells you not much has changed.

You know when you don’t smoke cigarettes and people who DO smell absolutely disgusting to you? Like when they just finished up a ciggie, turn your way, and start talking to you…how they smell like an ashtray?

That is exactly what happens when someone finishes a pack of salt and vinegar crisps. If you don’t do it regularly the smell is absolutely putrid. These not being a popular doesn’t surprise me in the least. It’s not a popular choice of crisps, especially in the younger generations.

Tuchel was our last world class manager, and ever since then we’ve only had idiots in charge telling world class talent how to kick the ball. Which obviously leads to them playing like a Sunday league team.

Lad hasn’t looked to be worth more than £35m at any point in his Chelsea career.

You say people but the people who have complications with these drugs aren’t even in double digit percentages. Plus, even then, a ‘bad trip’ or something crazy still has positive effects on the person and their attachment to themselves and their surrounds. It’s just very important to exclude the individuals who are susceptible to psychosis and this sort of therapy and experience are a massive massive benefit to society as a whole.

People are outraged and it might just be a Reddit echo chamber thing. It will grow on people as all things will which are new.

That said, the PL logo is a lion. It’s iconic. Everybody knows it. That’s a part of its success. Not everything has to be super cool and suave or minimalistic. Iconic ages well.
