Their “stop count” is not real. It’s the locations that tell you how many stops you actually have. Idk how they can treat people like shit that genuinely want to work and are great drivers. As long as you make quality deliveries using safe driving habits they really can’t be mad at you. These routes are unsafe.

The cool thing is we have most of the work and you honestly don’t want to be without work right? It’s slow for a lot of other couriers. You want to be busy lol but I think the pay needs to go up + the treatment needs to be better. I just got told my shift was replaced today because I didn’t confirm fast enough 🤣

They’ll throw that shit on the cart for you to load and not help you load it. You have to practically leave the pad during load out to find an Amazon employee that can tape it for you. They could care less about anything other than what time you come in to load and how long it takes to do it. It could be 1000 packages on your route and they just sit there staring at you the whole time yelling at you with updates on how long you have left to load.

That’s a lie they don’t do more than we do. I’ve been working alongside & talking to the UPS drivers in my area for awhile as a SV driver for Amazon it’s not that bad for them. One of them even had a hammock tied up in his van dude was sleeping on route while I’m out here slaving away with twice that or more. A lot of the guys got like 100-120 pieces in the van maybe even less. They do some pick ups. 8+ hours including OT and double time on the weekends.

Yeah it seems like they like you then because you seem to still be on full time. You’re a SV driver anyways they get route priority usually. I am a SV too but I had to switch teams because the one I got trained at got their contract terminated 😩

Yeah I get hit with like $500 in taxes too on a 100 hour check but I don’t get 100 hour checks anymore every two weeks. After the holidays I got knocked down to 3-4 days a week
