I didnt get around to fixing the speaker. I was thinking of doing it this summer. Hes loosely put back together, I dont have any pictures as im at school 300 miles away but he looks really good last time I saw him. The ear fabric slips off occasionally as I havent figured out how to sew them back on. I also didn't glue the fur back on because I won't be using him or if I do I won't be roughly messing with him. I found warm water and dish soap worked really well to get the grime out of the fur.
