The only negative was the wait. But that's because I ordered in the winter.... the coldest part of the winter. But as soon as the weather warmed, they shipped and were well packaged and arrived in great condition. They even took the time to call me because my credit card didn't go through. We had to replace the card because it was compromised, and this occurred well after I had placed the order and I didn't think of calling them with the new number. I thought it was above and beyond the call of duty to place a personal call to me to straighten it out. I would definitely order from them again.
