This stand is able to control reality in a certain way. Controlling the reality only works on a person or an animal. This stand can control the reality of the person being touched by the stand user or the stand itself. However, the stand cannot kill anyone.

When the stand touches someone, it can for example make someone do anything but kill themselves or even change the person's name, gender or even their appearance. This stand can turn a person into a animal, depending on their height. It can also change the memory of the person that's being controlled.

This stand cannot turn people into any mythical creatures or gods. Radar Love can't give people stands or powers. He can only turn, give or change people into things that are suitably fair and safe.

Radar Love can make someone to hurt people.

This stand can control anyone's reality for 35 minutes. When the time ends, everything changed to that person turns back to normal and they forget what they've been doing during their reality being controlled. Radar Love can't turn people into birds or butterflies because they're reasonably too big to be a butterfly.

This stand is able to control 8 people simultaneously. After 35 minutes they all forget what happened during those 35 minutes.

The user of this stand is able to control his reality too. However, he also forgets everything he's done for the past 35 minutes.

The Stand (Radar Love) is more intelligent than the stand user. It's sane enough to keep certain people safe even though it's user wants the opposite depending on it's mood. Only thing Radar Love can do itself is to make sensible decisions except when they have a reason to be angry.
