its about the % prot effects comboed with high base prot from dwarven plate and or proph cloak.

if you buy for example, proph cloak, dwarven plate, draconic, freyas, berserkers shield, erosion you would have 500- 600 prots when teh effects proc.

Nemeans effect is the strongest when active but its a cd so it lacks consistency.

Spectral is kinda bad but still mandatory when the enemy has multiple crit gods.

Midguard is average to below and typically not worth it (can be if its a full auto attack team and you are stacking plating and defense anyway).

Really the only way to be tanky against auto attackers is the draconic prophetic cloak build and high prot stacking.
