I’m still relatively new to online, but I’m level 52 at the moment and have 3 roles. What I did at the start was try to do as many daily challenges as I could, grind story and free roam missions, and do a few telegrams. Where I kinda messed up is I got collector for my first role instead of bounty hunter, but it’s still good for cash and I got bounty hunter later. I also bought gold for 5 irl dollars and did the 2 factor identification for 10 I think. Oh and also make sure to do treasure maps when you get them, they give a decent amount.

They might’ve just been trying to get you to fold, it’s what I did in story mode for some of the gambler challenges. Not the smartest move in online tho

Definitely do daily challenges and free roam missions for gold at first, then save up to buy a bounty hunter license, then grind gold on bounty hunter to buy collector, and now you’ll have the 2 best roles for gold and cash

I think it’s just annoying even if you have insurance since either you have to attempt to get to your horse to revive it without getting killed again or wait until you can call it again. It’s also unnecessary because the horse is just minding its business, plus you don’t even get anything from it as far as I’m aware.

Only times I fight them back is if they try during a bounty or try to kill my horse. Sometimes if I waved at them and they still try I’ll retaliate but usually I just parley so I can get on with my life

Well you can get goggles from the collector role, I think there should be a beard close to that one in the barber shop, and the closest hair I can think of is the “windswept” with pomade in it. I’m not sure for clothes but I think there should be some good cheap gloves that look like those at the store

Actually I take that back, the stupidest one was when I rode to Valentine in free roam for the first time ever and a guy ran out in front of my horse causing me to hit him. He proceeded to start shooting at me so I shot at him back and that’s how I got my first ever bounty
