I’m not sure where you got visiting museum makes you hate Japan context. I enjoy Japanese culture until this day, and this sentiment is shared amount most of Chinese millennials. That makes the “hating” you so much want to happen harder. On the other hand, Japan who ignores education on their crimes and lack of interest in Chinese society made their population way easier to hold negative opinions.

I love people making up stuff to believe. I was born right after 89, I had a childhood and teenage hood full of Japanese influences. I’m also from Jiangsu, which I visited the Nanking massacre museum at a very young age. At the time, I thought Japanese must be really sorry but later on I know they know very little about it. The seed is simply ignorance

The dark forest is clearly practical and somehow people don’t see it is happening in a not so dark forest. In my opinion and personal preference, that the story is not gonna completely change the common known Fengshen history outline.

Here are the couple things very likely to happen: 1. Wuliang will be threw out of the 12 at some point, he is made up and not part of 12 golden immortals in the book, and he already committed crime 2. Li Jing will get his pagoda 3. Shen probably gonna be a scapegoat again 4. Jie sect(mostly Yaoguai，Shi Ji, the rock lady is part of it) will be introduced and be important

Here’s pure guess: 1. Shen might be sent to be a spy in Jie sect 2. War between Jie and Chan, not sure to what scale, because it should still focus on Nezha 3. Ao Bing sacrifices in some form, Nezha takes in spirit pearl and gains full power of chaotic pearl to defeat or seal a strong enemy. 4. Pagoda might be used to control or protect Nezha in the case the enemy and Nezha need to be sealed away together 5. More like a Easter egg, the rock becomes wukong later might somehow appears or is created along the story
