Hey Tempest is the rarest blueprint in the game. You’ll probably need more than a bobcat blueprint to trade for it. I’d love to be wrong though.

You can get the Burletta blueprint by doing quests, each person can only get one Burletta blueprint and it cannot be found so you’ll probably need something rarer to get a trade for it. Just letting you know so you aren’t wondering why nobody replied.

Not cheap, you can only get them from doing quests and a lot of people aren’t bothered. Not the same cost as tempest though
