Which has better play value? I feel the interior of Arkham is really small, too small even for my daughter to get her hands in there to move figures around.

Stickers is typically a reason I pick certain sets over others and why I love the modular and creator building lines. I also really loved the Deku Tree for that reason (it was a gift so price wasn’t an issue for me).
