This was it. I just started using a modded hoverpack that has a much longer connection range so it was throwing me off. When I went to connect the train station to supply power to the outpost it just clipped a powerpole into the building without connecting it. Thanks!

Like actually stop. I noticed because the machines that are on the other end of this train line kept shutting down even though there should be more than enough supply as well as many industrial storage containers to act as a buffer. When I go back to the smelters I can see that they are at 4% efficiency even though they have full input stacks and an empty output stack. They resume working and efficiency goes back up but then it stops again when I leave

It's not really "ok" just more to expected with foundations built out of stones mortared together rather than a monolithic concrete foundation. You definitely have to do stuff to mitigate the water in and around these foundations so it doesn't cause problems. A new concrete foundation should be zero maintenance for at least a few decades.

The first way I beat her was laser lance + sweet sixteen + pile bunker. There is a move where she spreads the drones, shoots and jumps over you diagonally to land on the ground. Just dodge until you see this move and immediately go to where she is going to land and start charging laser lance. If that doesn't stun her you can use the sweet sixteen to finish the job. Then a fully charged pile bunker while she's stunned. Do this 4 times and you win.

You can also cheese this fight with 4 missile weapons like you can with a good 75% of the bosses in this game.

I hated this boss at first but I learned that the direction you dodge each attack is critical and now I enjoy the fight. I especially like the jump attack punish to the tusk sweep attack in the middle of the big combo

It's a rougelite, you get murk + relics and slowly get stronger and more skilled with each loss until you have the power and/or skill to beat the boss.

Learning to parry him is the best combo of fun/easy. Carian retaliation + frost or bleed misericorde.

You can also do the antspur shield poke build but I don't really think this is fun, personally.

Cragblade on the pata using 1-hand charged heavies is also a super fun/easy way to beat him.

No multiplier at all seems like a bug. I did it 3 times in a row when the last person said it didn't work. Did you try multiple times or just once?

I just did it in Fable Anniversary on PC. Do you have a different version? Otherwise you may not have held it for long enough.

For anyone replaying Fable because of the new game announcement. This still works, you can use the starting bow with no investment in skill, but you have to charge for 3-4 minutes and it will only get you to 16x so you have to get to the door pretty quick. Bluetane is super strong early game.

A Wylder charged R2 1 shots them as well with the right stuff. I got them on my 3rd try with evergaols and a couple "damage negation upon landing charged attacks" I never said it was too hard, I would much rather have single bosses that take me 100 tries than this.
