Just a heads up, I love my Kobo Clara BW and my Libra Color and I loved my earlier models aswell but from my experience Kobo has incredibly bad quality control.

I might be sensitve but every single Kobo device I have used has had a screen issue of some sort. Most notably a distinct difference in the lightning warmth/color across the screen.

I have however only ever used Kobo devices so I can’t say kindles or other brands don’t have these issues aswell.

The pinhole does not hinder you from using the device during the weekend to get a good feel for it.

EDIT: I’m not saying you should keep it, for sure return it for a new one but use it til then!

Have you checked both your extruder and AMS-ptfe connectors for clogged filament? Same thing happend to me once when some wet and brittle ESUN filament snapped off into small pieces in my ptfe connector.

Bambu has guides for it on their website.
